Job Description
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues on IREF‑related products, test systems for proper function, and manage service tickets for billing purposes for medium accounts/clients with moderate complexity systems.
- Provide leadership to ensure 100% uptime and reliability of the Remote Operations Center’s infrastructure, working closely with management to meet operational requirements, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Execute commissioning of new equipment or systems, including installation verification, pre‑commissioning, start‑up, commissioning, performance testing, and optimization of industrial refrigeration systems.
- Handle all types of compressors and chillers, such as scroll, screw, reciprocating, centrifugal, multi‑stage centrifugal and absorption.
