Role & Responsibilities
- Functional Analyst role for IT application support and maintenance
- The candidate is responsible for daily application support, system and batch job monitoring, SSL certificate renewals, vendor management and contract renewals, manage network penetration testing and overall system maintenance
- Liaise with stakeholders from public healthcare institutions, vendors, internal integration teams and management for reporting and support
- Manage deployments outside office hours
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT application support and maintenance
- Hands-on expertise in MS SQL, application troubleshooting, interface management, .NET applications development and support
- Experience in vendor management and contract renewals
