Position Summary Statement
Responsible for providing courteous andefficient food and beverage services to the guests according to the establishedstandard of operations of the outlet.
The Service Agent reports to the Supervisor. PrimaryResponsibilities
a) To ensure that mis-en place/sidestation is all set up with food items, non-food items such as crockery andchinaware before the shift commences.
b) To replenish supplies and linen as andwhen necessary.
c) To ensure that tables under his chargehave the correct cutleries and table settings before the shift commences.
d) To meet, greet and lead guests to theirseats.
e) To take food and beverage orders andserve them.
f) To clear and remove soiled dishes, andbring them to the dish washing area.
g) To present bills to diners, collectpayment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to diners.
