Job Description
Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sime Motors, operating throughout New Zealand with 19 branches. The Service Advisor role is based in Albany and supports a busy service team.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer requirements for service and repair
- Keep the workshop fully booked and running efficiently
- Open and close workshop jobs and prepare job cards
- Communicate progress updates to customers and workshop team
- Monitor work‑in‑progress and update customers on any delays
- Prepare job cards for invoicing and maintain high customer service levels
