Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Belron Canada, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience at our automotive glass service centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks that keep the service centre running smoothly.
- Add value by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
- Collaborate with insurance partners to help customers receive the best value for their services.
- Assist customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and carrying out small windshield repairs.
