Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and their vehicles professionally
- Prepare work orders and maintain accurate service records
- Provide cost estimates and explain billing to customers
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services
- Follow up with customers on service updates and preventive maintenance
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- College graduate (preferably in Automotive, Business, or related fields)
- Basic knowledge of vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Basic computer skills for documentation
