Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM (Shift-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, end-to-end support
- Communicate clearly with customers in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met
