About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric, and motivated Fresh Graduate to join our Riyadh workshop team as a Junior Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our technical team. You will be trained to manage the entire customer service journey—from receiving the vehicle and understanding the customer's needs to explaining technical repairs and ensuring a seamless delivery.
