Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 minimum.
- Previous experience as Service Advisor or Parts Sales.
- Personable nature and excellent customer service abilities.
- Keen attention to detail to maintain updated maintenance schedules.
- Ability to take direction must also use own initiative and be proactive.
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent computer knowledge on any motor industry DMS (Kerridge, Automate, Evolve, Drive or similar).
- Superb interpersonal communication, allowing them to speak with customers who have differing levels of understanding about automotive services and repair procedures.
- Have a valid drivers license.
- Administrative skills.
- Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
