Job Summary
.Banquet Servers prepare the tables and banquet area before guests arrive, effectively serving a number of different dishes and courses to guests during a meal, and clearing the tables and banquet area after the guests depart. Guests must be efficiently and pleasantly served during the course of an event.

ยท Service of all food and beverage to the guest, in the required service style, i.e. French, Russian, Buffet or plated.
ยท Ensure that all tables are cleaned after service and that all dirty crockery, linen and glassware are removed to the correct station.
ยท Answer any guest questions or direct them to someone that can assist them. Ensure complete guest satisfaction.
ยท Should always conduct him/himself with a pleasant and helpful attitude towards guest, co-workers and managers.
