What will you be doing most days?
Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocolConsistently hold a friendly, relaxing, and courteousness demeanor that makes guests feel comfortable to ensure satisfactionTransmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices and gives knowledgeable recommendations as necessaryKeep the kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or any changes that need to be made to guest’s ordersServe orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments and condiments as neededIssue bills & collects payment; including room charges, credit card payments, or cash payments with the correct change returnedAssist other servers as neededWhat are the requirements for this position?
