We are looking for an experienced Server Administrator and Service Delivery Lead to oversee enterprise infrastructure operations while leading a technical support team. The successful candidate will ensure high availability of critical infrastructure, drive operational excellence, maintain SLA compliance, and act as the primary escalation point for infrastructure-related incidents.

This role combines strong technical expertise in Windows server administration, virtualization, cloud platforms, and infrastructure management with leadership, stakeholder management, and service delivery responsibilities.
