At Crown, our SEQ Service Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, leading high performing teams and delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers across our South-East Queensland operations. Based in Larapinta, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing a workforce of 100+ employees across field services and workshop environments. Reporting to the SEQ Branch Manager, this role holds full accountability for service operations, P&L performance, financial management, cultural transformation, and operational turnaround within a large-scale industrial service business.
