Job Summary
Separation Manager Spain/Portugal and local General Manager at ANDRITZ INGENIERIA, S.A. Responsible for driving sales growth, managing the Separation team for Capital and Service, and overseeing the legal entity in Spain. Location: Algete, Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
Service Separation Management (60%) – Manage and lead the Separation Service team from Order Intake to EBITA. Develop and execute strategic sales plans across all ANDRITZ product lines (centrifuges, filter presses, drying systems, filtration technologies) for industries such as environmental, food, chemical, and mining. Ensure sales targets, order intake, and profitability metrics are achieved. Conduct regular customer visits, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
