Job Description
What You’ll Do: Drive Strategic Insights: Apply strategic, operational and analytics standard processes to secure agreement from multiple partners for long-term solutions, and influence leaders across the Trust organization; building culture, establishing standards, and achieving goals. Analyze & Identify Opportunities: Drive analysis of key problems to identify the next big opportunity to improve customer experience and trust for buyers & sellers on the platform. Define & Monitor Metrics: Build and develop KPIs to track the trust experience of users on the platform. You will be responsible for monitoring the metrics and understanding the root causes behind the metric’s movement.
