What the role is

Support scholar development and student engagement by building strong partnerships with universities, industry, and mentors, and by designing and delivering meaningful and memorable Student Life Academy (SLA) experiences. The role combines programme curation, life coaching, stakeholder management, operations, and data‑driven insights to continuously enhance scholarship and student life outcomes.

What you will be working on

• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, industry partners, alumni, and organisations to curate relevant, impactful, and memorable programmes for scholars.
• Identify, engage, onboard, and manage mentors to support scholars’ academic, career, and personal development journeys.
• Plan, design, and deliver Student Life Academy programmes that create meaningful and memorable learning experiences while developing students’ life skills, leadership, and personal growth.
