Job Description
Flix is seeking a Senior Zendesk Administrator to own platform configuration across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging in a hybrid business setting. You will translate business requirements into production configuration and manage omnichannel routing for multiple markets.
Work closely with SMEs, training, engineering, and security teams to ensure go-live success, proper hypercare, and documented deviations for scalable rollout across regions.
