We’re looking for a passionate Senior Youth Coach to support young people participating in our employment partnership programs within industries like healthcare, renewable energy and more.

In this role, you’ll work directly with young people as they prepare for, commence and sustain meaningful employment. You’ll provide coaching, mentoring and practical support to help participants build confidence, overcome workplace challenges and develop long-term careers in healthcare.
