Job Description
iQor CXBPO is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to build accurate staffing plans based on call volumes, attrition, and productivity trends. You will partner with Forecasting and RTA teams to translate forecasts into schedules that meet client requirements while controlling costs.
The role requires strong Excel and analytical skills, experience with Avaya or similar ACD, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment across multiple client programs.
