Responsibilities
- Perform general accounting and reporting tasks, including processing journal entries, calculation of accruals, posting, and process allocations.
- Own the Workday Integrations for the assigned area, providing guidance, expert coaching, and system capability insights.
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy new or improved integrations, owning the entire feature adoption lifecycle from improvement identification to approval and deployment.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, implement solutions, and coordinate project work plans.
- Review and manage Workday bi‑annual release cycles for the assigned technical area, developing best‑practice readiness plans.
