About The Role
At Custom Cubes, we’re not a typical fabrication shop—we’re building a high-performance, organized, and safety-driven production environment as we scale rapidly. Reporting to the Welding Supervisor, the Welder/Fabricator plays a key role in fabricating and assembling custom container-based structures. Beyond welding, this role contributes to improving how we work—supporting our 5S and continuous improvement initiatives to build a cleaner, safer, and more efficient shop.

What You’ll Be Doing
