Job Description
The Senior Venture Studio Analyst supports strategic investment diligence, early-stage venture development, and internal innovation initiatives. This role conducts in-depth analyses of potential investments, including market trends, competitive landscapes, financial models, and strategic alignment. Prepares data-driven recommendations for senior leadership and collaborates with founders and internal teams to advance ventures.
Principal accountabilities:
Investment & Innovation:
+ Lead due diligence for potential ventures, including market analysis, financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic evaluation.
+ Prepare concise, data-driven investment memos for senior leadership and the Investment Committee.
+ Collaborate with founders and internal teams on early-stage venture development.
+ Support IP strategy and filings with legal and technical stakeholders.
+ Drive internal innovation through structured initiatives and programs.
