Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand user needs and business goals
• Design, develop, and modify user interfaces based on end-user needs and business requirements
• Create design artifacts, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility within timeline and cost constraints
• Support the design and development of internal tools for customer service, sales, account management, and marketing use cases
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs align with business objectives and technical feasibility
• Contribute to data-driven UI development and design decisions
• Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality design work quickly while maintaining usability and visual consistency
