Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Improve the user experience of business software applications to enhance user efficiency, effectiveness, satisfaction, and adoption. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating UI mock-ups, user journeys, applying and evolving Client design guidelines, and validating prototypes with users across global locations. Plan and conduct user research activities, including contextual inquiry and task analysis. Communicate research findings through personas, user journeys, and user stories.
