Who We're Looking For
Design is how we win projects at Huptech Web. So we are looking for a creative leader who can own the entire design department and make it our biggest strength.
We need someone who:
- Is a strong designer who can also lead a team of 6 members
- Has 5-8 years of hands-on experience with a strong eCommerce portfolio (web and mobile)
- Uses AI tools daily as part of their design workflow
- Can build design systems and processes from scratch
- Can teach, guide, and grow juniors into strong designers
- Takes ownership of quality, deadlines, and team output
What You Will Do
- Lead a design team of 6 members (mix of fresher to 7 years experience)
- Review every design before it goes to the PM, PC, or client
- Build a proper design system and process for the department
