Background:
- Lead strategy/development, and execution of complex cases from inception through verdict
- Serve as lead trial counsel and supervise associates and team members
- Conduct and oversee all aspects of discovery
- Draft, review and edit high-quality pleadings, motions and memoranda
- Lead mediations and settlement negotiations
- Provide leadership in trial preparation, trial execution and post-trial briefings
