The Team You'll Work With
You’ll be joining our Compliance – Transactional team.
Working with the Head of Investment Compliance and an international team of ex-Big Law lawyers, paralegals, and analysts, you’ll serve as the day-to-day legal contact for institutional investors and asset manager clients across private equity, infrastructure, credit, and real estate strategies.
The Problems You'll Solve
- Be the client’s trusted deal-side compliance partner. Act as the primary day-to-day legal contact for institutional investors and asset managers — advising on compliance risk factors across live transactions with clarity and commercial pragmatism.
- Unpack transaction structures that others can’t. Work closely with private equity deal teams to understand complex deal anatomy, identify counterparties, and conduct multi-dimensional risk analysis — covering AML, bribery and corruption, financial crime, and reputational ris...
