Job Description
Carta is seeking a UK- or Europe-qualified lawyer to join the Compliance – Transactional team. You’ll serve as the day-to-day legal contact for institutional investors and asset managers across private equity, infrastructure, credit, and real estate strategies, advising on compliance risk with clarity and pragmatism.
You’ll unpack complex deal structures, map ownership across fund SPVs and trusts, and ensure timely completion of reviews while maintaining rigorous compliance with AML/CTF
