Senior Engineer- Training Administrator YOUR TASKS: First point of contact for e-learning requests of our external customers Responsible for processing and maintaining the e-learning requests as a Key User in our Learning Management System (LMS) Stand as the first line of support, offering Level 1 troubleshooting assistance and working closely with Level 2 & 3 support to deliver efficient solutions.
