In this senior-level position, you'll act as the go-to expert on trade compliance, managing customs processes across various Finning entities. Your key responsibilities will involve tariff classification, valuation, and maintaining compliance with regulations. You will have the autonomy to shape strategies, address high-risk trade issues, and mentor the Trade Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Govern customs compliance processes adhering to CBSA and CBP regulations
• Manage HS classification and tariff shifts independently
• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory changes
• Conduct audits of broker entries and classifications
