Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive experience in testing within the Retail & Liability products sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end digital onboarding journeys and be skilled in test execution and automation processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform testing-related work that is not straightforward and repetitive.
  • Possess knowledge and work experience in the Retail On-boarding journey for CCPL, CASA, and TD products.
  • Review user stories, prepare test cases, and execute test plans using tools like ADO and JIRA.
  • Understand digital onboarding processes, including authentication policy, CDD/KYC, risk, credit, and fraud handling.
  • Analyze current processes to identify automation opportunities.
