The Senior Technology Support (Executive Support Service) is a highly skilled, customer-obsessed professional responsible for delivering premium, end-to-end IT support to executive leadership. This role goes beyond traditional support and requires anticipation, discretion, and ownership. The individual will act as a trusted technology advisor to executives, ensuring their technology ecosystem is always optimized, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
This position requires onsite presence and participation in a 24/7 executive support pager rotation , ensuring continuous coverage for critical incidents.
