Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Support Reliability engineering topics and tasks in STD2 team * Setup of HTRB/HTGB stress test * Debugging and modification of stress boards used for HTRB/HTGB tests Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Diploma related Engineering field * Min. 4 years semiconductor experience with reliability engineering experience is preferred * Able to work Office Hour or 12 hours rotating shift #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
