Job Description
Title: Senior Technician, QA Job ID: 21316 Location: Aero - 102 Gul Circle, SG Description Proficient and technically able to perform the following tasks: Conduct daily process checks for NDT, X-ray, and welding lines. Cleaning/Masking of NDT parts prior to inspection Ensure the correct selection of equipment and materials for welding processes. Perform TIG welding repair on part Process and inspect TIG-welded and NDT/X-ray components. Interpretation of Code, Standards, and Specifications Interpret results, analyze test data and images to identify possible defects, issues and material
inconsistencies. Record results in accordance with applicable acceptance criteria Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures for special processes Upkeep of process system and testing equipment to ensure its continuous operations in compliance to approved customer documents criteria Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM)
