What you’ll be doing Execute scheduled preventative maintenance in line with SLA requirements across CCTV and network infrastructure Monitor, maintain, and optimise IP-based CCTV systems to ensure 24/7 system availability Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise-level Video Management Systems (VMS) Perform advanced fault-finding and diagnostics on cameras, network devices, and recording systems Maintain and support network infrastructure including Layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, and TCP/IP environments Support and maintain fibre optic networks, including splicing and fault resolution Manage and maintain wireless network links (e.g. Ubiquiti, Mikrotik) across site Ensure all maintenance and installations comply with Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA) and site‑specific requirements Maintain accurate and detailed service logs, reports, and system documentation Liaise with mine management and security teams to ensure system performance meets operational needs Respond to breakdowns and inc...
