Job Description
Senior Technician AV is a primary technical resource on site.
Providing leadership and oversight of installation, service, troubleshooting, commissioning, programming, rack work, documentation, and field coordination activities.
Senior Technicians are expected to support project managers, mentor technicians, communicate with stakeholders, and help keep projects organized and efficient.
Leadership becomes a formal part of the role.
The Senior Technician is expected to lead through technical expertise, site organization, mentoring, customer communication, and ownership of field outcomes.
Responsibilities: Leads installation and servicing of cabling infrastructure, audiovisual systems, security systems, and related building technology devices.
