Job Description
Lam Research is seeking a Manufacturing Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training across manufacturing operations. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to identify needs, close skill gaps, and align programs with strategic priorities.
