You will analyze business, technical and system needs in order to resolve business systems issues and recommend technical solutions which meets sponsor/stakeholder needs. You will also work with the Application Maintenance and Support team to ensure that RBCC Banking applications issues, as well as other RTB initiatives are efficiently resolved / addressed within the business desired SLA/OLA.
