Senior Technical Sales Manager – Construction / Masonry
Osborne Recruitment is partnering with a leading manufacturer of masonry support systems to appoint a Senior Technical Sales Manager for the Greater Toronto Area.
This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving growth across the construction sector, with a particular emphasis on high-rise brick façade projects.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy
- Build relationships with architects, engineers, façade consultants, brick suppliers, and contractors
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Deliver technical presentations and product education
- Negotiate contracts and drive revenue growth
- Represent the business at industry events and project sites
