**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **Technical Recruiter** to join our team.
You will leverage your extensive recruiting expertise and leadership skills to support the Intel talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the mission is staffed with top-tier technical professionals across a variety of complex programs. This is a remote position.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for high-level technical positions within Full Scope Polygraphs (FSP) Intelligence Community (IC) and partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for niche talent.
+ Acting as a trusted advisor to offer recommendations, guidance, and direction for strategic hiring, market intelligence, hiring mechanics, and hiring compliance.
