Responsibilities
Control the analysis phase and develop project plans and requirement specifications.
Estimate budgets, allocate internal resources and engage third‑party vendors.
Simplify configurator and developer workflows to reduce administrative overhead.
Oversee follow‑up, planning and time‑spend activities.
Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams, motivating colleagues in daily tasks.
