Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India. You will align five workstreams, manage cross‑regional dependencies, run Agile ceremonies, and provide executive‑level reporting on velocity, budget, and milestones in a regulated financial services environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Integral Coordination: Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24x7 progression;
- Workstream Alignment: Track the delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation;
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains;
