Savills Portugal, a leading player in the national market, is looking to strengthen its Property Management team with the hiring of a Senior Technical Manager for its Lisbon office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee technical works and refurbishment projects across real estate assets;
- Manage technical aspects of property portfolios (Property & Facility Management);
- Coordinate and monitor technical projects from planning to execution;
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders;
- Prepare technical reports and support decision-making processes;
- Identify opportunities to enhance and optimise asset performance;
- Provide technical leadership and expertise within the team.
