Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to join a challenging IT project in a multicultural environment, focused on the design and development of a batch-mode Data Processing application using Apache Spark.
What we are looking for
- At least 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development, preferably in a Data Processing context
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Apache Spark development
- Strong experience developing Data Processing applications using Apache Spark in batch mode
- Professional English proficiency
- Strong experience with cloud‑native applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven experience in technical leadership on strategic projects, including mentoring multiple developers
- Strong understanding of recent Java language features, such as lambdas, streams, and futures
- Experience in solution design using proven patterns, anti‑pattern awareness, and performance tuning
