Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UKG Techno-Functional Consultant with 5–8 years of experience in UKG implementations and strong expertise in Dell Boomi integration . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) , particularly Time & Attendance , and be capable of designing, developing, and supporting integrations using Boomi.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Participate in end-to-end UKG (Kronos) implementation projects , including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure and support UKG WF Pro (T&A) modules, including pay rules, work rules, accruals, and Attendance (preferred), activities (Preferred).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
