Job Description
Our client, a leading logistics company located in the East, is looking for an experienced Senior Team Lead, Operations to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:45pm
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, workplace safety regulations, and 5S standards.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve operational issues promptly.
