A newly created national healthcare company is seeking a Senior Talent and Engagement Partner to help build and scope the talent acquisition function from the ground up.
The organization is expanding through acquisition and organic growth, creating a significant opportunity for someone who wants to shape how talent is identified, attracted, assessed, developed, engaged and retained across the business.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who naturally sees the connection between talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, retention and company growth. The role will begin with a strong focus on recruitment, but there is meaningful opportunity to expand its scope over time as the company grows and the people function continues to mature.
