We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to support end to end recruitment process across various departments in Analog Devices India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the VLSI technology, semiconductor industry, a proven track record in technical recruitment and required skills in managing reports and providing competitive market insights.

 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement proactive TA strategies and build a talent pipeline of diverse and qualified Digital / Analog VLSI skills & software talents for current and future business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end of the hiring process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary proposals and approvals to hire.
