As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Recruiter at Arup, you will have a direct impact on the business by delivering top talent to the firm. As a key member of our team, you’ll manage strategic recruitment responsibilities. A typical day might include developing targeted sourcing strategies for niche positions, providing data‑driven market insights to senior stakeholders, leading confidential executive searches, and mentoring junior team members.
