In this role, you will:Understand business processes and technology landscape, responsible to keep a wholistic view on the domain's current and future system needs.
Ensure that technical specifications are clearly, accurately and thoroughly documented and understood for both system changes and/or process changes.
Ensure sign off and completeness of technical requirements and specifications from both technology and business owners.
Investigate and resolve incidents independently and escalate complex issues as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts on both technology and business areas.
